We will report back to the TUD Committee and it is likely that the committee will vote on whether to notify a District Plan Change for Tawa.
If the TUD Committee votes in favor, a District Plan Change for Tawa will be formally notified.
You can make a submission on the notified District Plan Change and indicate if you would like your views heard at the public hearing.
2017 - 2018
You will have a chance to speak to your submission in front of a District Plan hearing panel.
A final decision will be made on whether to formally introduce a Medium Density Residential Area in Tawa and make the District Plan operative.
